In this project, I chose the sense of sight — one of the most important senses in our lives, which determines how we perceive the world around us.

01
Series 1 – 10 visual/sensory distortions of language
In this work, I explore the visual deformation of an object that is well-known and easily recognizable, and how its visual appearance changes as vision worsens, gradually taking on more disturbing and eerie forms.

In this work, I took the final frame from a series of ten frames and pushed it to the extreme by adding barely visible faces that can cause discomfort, fragments of text that are impossible to read, and a more disturbing color palette, thereby intensifying the feeling of anxiety and fear.

03
Here, I tried to show the object’s reaction to the lighting in the room, pointing to the fact that in darkness our vision can perceive objects as something other than what they actually are.

04
Here, I began to explore the visual language of viruses in older versions of Windows and took the first steps toward my final project — a virus.
final work

This is my final project, in which I take the Windows XP operating system as a basis and recreate a visual virus that appears to speak to the user about existence and the meaning of life. When an attempt is made to close it, the virus only multiplies itself, preventing any escape. The project carries a philosophical meaning, questioning whether there is meaning in everything that happens and how our choices shape our lives and influence their outcomes.
